Tool-Pro is set up to easily order and receive product within your company. With the Express System we provide a Bar-Code Scanner to order tools & supplies. This allows you to simply scan the items you would like to order and send the order information via e-mail to Productivity Inc. and other suppliers.

 

When we receive the e-mail it gets processed and shipped. We will e-mail you an acknowledgment with delivery information and auto update information for any spotbuys on your order. This system also has a tracking option that offers the ability to track where the tools are being used. With the Express System we help our customers eliminate or reduce some of the redundancies within conventional ordering process and provide a simple tracking advantage on tooling and supply usage.

 

Services Included:

 

Tool-Tech System manages inventory and movement of tools within your company. With the Full Service System we provide Bar-Code Scanner, Software and EDI-electronic data interchange. Order Point - Order Quantity logic is utilized to track inventory levels of tooling & supplies at your company. After generating your order, it may be previewed prior to sending via EDI-Electric Data Interchange to Productivity Inc., allowing you to edit any items if necessary.

 

Once we receive the order we will e-mail you an order acknowledgment including delivery information. It is then processed and shipped. Once a month we can send out an invoice summary for all the items shipped. The system we provide gives you the ability to run a report, which can be compared to our invoice summary to confirm deliveries. Our Full Service System helps you eliminate or reduce redundancies that take place within conventional ordering processes. In addition our Full Service System enables you to reduce your inventory while ensuring you have the products you need when you need them.

Tool-Care System is a consignment inventory program offered in partnership with Fraisa Tools. With the Tool - Care system we provide a Lista cabinet stocked with high quality Standard Performance and High Performance Fraisa end mills. Tools are removed from the Lista Cabinet when needed. On a bi-weekly basis a replenishment order is placed and the Fraisa product is processed and shipped.

 

Once a month an invoice summary for all the items used is the submitted. You only pay for what you use. Our Tool-Care system helps our customers reduce the amount of inventory that would normally be needed to have a wide variety of end mills available. In short it enables you to reduce your inventory while ensuring you have the products you need when you need them.

Tool-Vend is set up to easily dispense products within your company. The vending system is made up of a tool vending machine with software to generate electronic order processing. Your tooling products are securely stored until required and then easily dispensed. The information is sent daily via e-mail to Productivity Inc. When we receive the e-mail it gets processed and replenished.
