Visual Code Prove System Training

PLEASE NOTE: The class is geared to cover either the Vertical Machining Center or Turning Center class. The Haas Visual Quick Code training is a half-day class covering the Haas/Renishaw probing system. The class is conducted in Productivity’s showroom on one of the Haas VF series mills.

Visual Quick Code Probe Class is scheduled on a once-monthly schedule.
Class times are from 9:00 am – 12:30 pm.

Subjects covered include:

· Accessing Visual Quick Code;
· Changing templates from Visual Quick Code Mill to Visual Quick Code Probe;
· Using Visual quick code with the spindle probe to set work offsets with hands-on
time for each class participant;
· Using Visual Quick Code with the tool pre-setter to set tool length and diameter offsets, and:
· Using visual quick code for probe calibration.

BASIC TL SERIES OPERATOR TRAINING OVERVIEW

Class time is from 9:00 am – 4:30 pm with lunch at approximately 11:30 - 12:30.
