Tool Vend

Tool-Vend is a system that allows you to dispense tools within your company in locations that are in proximity to your machine tools. It is made up of a tool vending machine with software to generate electronic order processing. Multiple vending machines can be placed throughout your shop. Your tooling products are securely stored until required and then easily dispensed. The information is sent daily via email to Productivity Inc. When we receive the email it gets processed and replenished.

Once a month we can send out an invoice summary for all the items shipped. The system we provide gives you the ability to run a report, which can be compared to our invoice summary to confirm deliveries. With the Tool-Vend System we help our customers eliminate or reduce some of the redundancies within conventional ordering processes, keeps the tools secure, minimize travel through point of use tool storage.

There are 4 different Tool-Vend Systems available:

		Tool-Vend Vending System: Allows you to easily dispense products at point of use using a secure vending machine that is password protected. Each user is assigned a user id and password. Tools are dispensed one at a time thus allowing you to keep track of your tools and who uses them.
		Tool-Lock Locking System: Tool-Lock is a secure electronic modular vending solution perfect for the small job shop. Productivity supplies your company with Lista brand cabinet stocked with the tools your shop uses most oftens, as well as a computer and software to control access.
		ToolBOSS™ High-Capacity Secure Solutions: Tool-BOSS provides the best solution for managing tools and supplies, reducing costs, and increasing operational efficiency. The ToolBOSS management software can be installed on any combination of our industrial vending equipment to help you meet the unpredictable challenges of supply chain management.
