Tool Crib Support - Minnesota
Responsibilities:
- Track Tool Crib inventory - working in a Tool Crib on customer’s extremely busy manufacturing floor.
- Create customer purchase orders on a daily basis.
- Transfer, deliver, receive, and stock inventory items.
- Monitor inventory and conduct cycle counts.
- Research and resolve inventory/accounting issues.
- Miscellaneous related projects and duties as required by this position.
Skills & Knowledge:
- 2+ years warehouse/inventory/purchasing experience.
- Ability to quickly and efficiently organize, track and follow-up on numerous details and projects.
- Strong attention to detail.

Tooling & Accessories - Outside Sales - Minnesota
We are currently looking to add another Outside Sales person in our Tooling & Accessories department.
Main responsibilities will include:
Duties:

Calling on new and existing accounts.
- Assisting customers by providing technical expertise and product information, and offering solutions and recommendations
- Writing and following up on quotes, and closing sales.

Skills & Knowledge:

3-5 years cutting tool inside or outside sales experience – knowledge or experience with cutting tools, drills, taps and machine tool accessories.

Machine shop experience and a technical degree or certificate in machine technology is desirable.

CNC Service Technician - Automation - Minnesota
Main responsibilities include assembly and installation of robotics systems, including at customer sites.
Duties:
- Install and assemble robotic systems onsite and at customer location
- Repair & Troubleshooting - Troubleshoot hydraulics, electronics, software, electrical, pneumatic and mechanical systems. Diagnose & repair problems. Identify & replace parts as necessary. Test & make adjustments.
- Complete all required paperwork and/or data entry.

Skills & Knowledge:
- Two or more years experience in the maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical systems in a machine shop or manufacturing environment.
- 2-year, post high school degree/certificate in a related field electrical/mechanical or electronics, robotics, etc.
- Knowledge of and experience with electronic test equipment, electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle report.

CNC Machinist - Citizen/Swiss - Minnesota
If you are a machinist looking for a change...we have an immediate need for an Applications Engineer with Citizen/Swiss Focus to join our AE team in Minnesota!
Duties:
- Providing knowledgeable technical support to our customers and internal staff on Citizen/Swiss Turning Centers;
- Conducting product demonstrations;
- Developing engineering processes
- Providing tooling and work holding layouts, performing time studies;
- Instructing and training customers;
- Other miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as required.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Technical degree in the machining trades and extensive CNC manufacturing experience; Competent knowledge of most machining processes, especially Swiss machines;
- 3-5 years CNC programming experience in production manufacturing;
- Extensive Swiss machining process knowledge including preparing process plans, tool lists, and process layout sketches;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks;
- Proficient PC skills;
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills;
- Excellent organizational and follow-through skills with a strong dedication to customer service;
- Ability to find a creative solution to technical problems.
